Valentine Cupcake wrapper wreath

You will need:

12 inch styrofoam wreath
Red or pink ribbon to cover the wreath
100 cupcake wrappers (valentine)
Wooden letter for your last name
Acrylic paint
Hot glue gun
Ribbon to hang the wreath
